The base pay for our CAREgiver jobs is $15 per hour. There will also be opportunities to work for private clients around Rocklsland, Henry or Mercer provide special-rate services, potentially increasing your wages.
Exquisite Home-care is a non-medical, in-home care agency based in Quad Cities. Our CAREgivers assist our clients with activities of daily living such as bathing and grooming, dressing, mobility, light housekeeping, companionship, and much more!
CAREgivers provide care directly in the client’s home, throughout Rocklsland , Mercer and Henry County. We match our CAREgivers with a client based on their location and availability.
Scheduled hours for caregiver jobs will vary depending on the client’s needs. Some CAREgivers are matched with a single client to provide care multiple days a week, while others provide care to multiple clients across the Quad Cities & Mercer County throughout the week.
Exquisite conducts personal introductions across Quad City between the CAREgiver and client before the first shift to ensure that both parties are comfortable and understand the care plan. We are committed to making sure it’s a good match!
To start the process of getting a CAREgiver job at Exquisite please submit an employment application. After this initial step, you will work with the HR Administrative Assistant to schedule caregiver job training and complete the necessary requirements. All Valley requires completion of Direct Care Worker Training (Level I & II), up-to-date CPR and First Aid training, and proof of a negative Tuberculosis (TB) test result.

At Exquisite Home-care and Transportation LLC, we’re about investing in our people, and we offer a variety of benefits right from the start. This includes an onboarding bonus when you join our team: for your first 90 hours, you’ll receive a $100 bonus for every 30 hours you work. That’s a total of $300 on top of your first couple paychecks!
